Norfolk County's Agriculture Program is coordinated by the Tourism & Economic Development Division of the municipality of Norfolk County, located along Ontario's South Coast in Canada. Components of this program include:

Norfolk County Agricultural Advisory Board - Norfolk County Council appoints several local farmers and others to the Agricultural Advisory Board, which meets regularly to advise on matters related to agriculture in the municipality.

Norfolk County Agriculture Marketing Partner Program - The "Direct from Norfolk" cooperative marketing program includes all participating farmers and food suppliers in Norfolk County on a printed Norfolk County Map & Local Food Guide, on the norfolkfarms.com website, in the Norfolk County FlavourFest Recipe Book, and in Norfolk County Virtual Food Fest email newsletters. Other marketing programs are coordinated throughout the year, depending on participation by partners. The program is also promoted on Facebook (Fairly Fat Guys fan page) and other Social Networking applications.

Norfolk County FlavourFest - FlavourFest is an annual exhibit at the Norfolk County Fair & Horse Show featuring Norfolk County foods for consumers to sample and purchase, plus cooking demonstrations from local chefs, celebrity chefs and the Norfolk County Official Food Ambassadors (Two Fairly Fat Guys). First organized in 2005 with cooperation from the Norfolk County Fair & Horse Show and the Ontario Ministry of Tourism, FlavourFest has grown considerably, raised awareness among foodies, and won awards.

Norfolk County Culinary Tourism Committee - With cooperation from a number of restaurateurs in Norfolk County, a culinary tourism committee is coordinating a number of new initiatives with assistance from the Ontario Culinary Tourism Alliance.

Norfolk County's Official Food Ambassadors, "Two Fairly Fat Guys" - The Two Fairly Fat Guys are Norfolk County's official volunteer ambassadors of local food and agriculture. Their faces and voices and various appearances put a welcoming face on Norfolk County's local food movement and raise awareness for Norfolk's large and diverse agriculture sector. Dan Barker and Brian Reichheld are the two volunteers of the Norfolk County Tourism & Economic Development Division who promote Norfolk County food at events across Ontario, through dozens of cooking demonstrations on their days off. They have appeared at the Canadian National Exhibition and the Economic Developers' Council of Ontario Annual Conference, among others. The Two Fairly Fat Guys are named in homage to the "Two Fat Ladies", the popular British TV food show hosted by Jennifer Paterson and the late Clarissa Dickson Wright.
